GIRL

Girl is a black and white picture book in the perspective of a little girl. Surrealist abstraction of everyday images alludes to unreality and an unreliable narrator. It is here I want to explore abject tenderness as a form of reconceptualization, moulding, and understanding monstrous parts of yourself.

The intention of this piece is to take up space in my work, as such, the writing forms a whole book, as opposed to the original form of just one poem.
