GIRL: A World, Having been shared

'GIRL: A World, Having Been Shared,' is a video instillation inside of a pillow fort. It questions the efficacy of self-reflective works by collating fragments of video dioramas of the artist's life. In doing so, the artist create a caricature of himself, sensationalizing the mundane through kitsch body horror and 80’s bedroom-pop aesthetics.
